Since the real estate market has shifted, I have been helping families and investors with the SHORT SALE PROCESS and have kept many properties from foreclosure. I have earned the SFR (SHORT SALE RESOURCE) designation along with the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation from the National Association of Realtors. I am finding that even higher priced home owners sometimes require short sale assistance.
Jan has her CERTIFIED LUXURY HOME MARKETING SPECIALIST designation and is well known and respected by her peers in the local luxury home market.
We have recently added another Associate to the Frasier Team. Julie Gaumond comes to us with much experience dealing with bank asset managers which adds REO properties to our market mix.
Jan has been a realtor for 34 years. She was broker/owner of a large franchise in Upstate New York and relocated to Florida 10 yrs ago. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a Certified Relocation Professional and is a GRI. Works with husband Hal and loves boating and living in Florida.
